Jack S. Restivo is a senior partner with Yachetti, Lanza & Restivo^LLP.

Mr. Restivo practices exclusively in the area of Real Estate Law and is Counsel to a number or prestigious

Builders and Developers in the Hamilton area.

His practice includes the following:

• Condominium and Plan of Subdivision Registrations and Development
• Multiple sale transactions for Builders and Developers
• Drafting of detailed Agreements of Purchase and Sale for the purchaser of assembled lands, vacant acreage,    multiple lots on a Draft Plan of Subdivision and lots on Registered Plans of Subdivision
• The purchase and sel of financing of residential and commercial properties
• Representation at Planning and Development Committees, Municipal Councils, Ontario Municipal Board
   and Committee of Adjustment (severances)
• Resolution of disputes relating to property issues
• Correction of defective titles to real property

Mr. Restivo attended McMaster University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1966. In 1971, he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Restivo articled with Yachetti & Lanza^LLP and joined the firm after being called to the Bar in 1973.

Mr. Restivo is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Hamilton Law Association, the Hamilton Lawyers’ Club and the Hamilton-Halton Homes Builders' Association. Mr. Restivo has several Certificates of Achievement for the successful completion of Advanced Dispute Resolution Workshops.
